Irsbaccom (Regional institute for fine arts, culture and communication) university is a fully accredited and recognized private institution in the Republic of Benin which was founded in 2010 by Dr. Julien Atchade and is located in Parakou, Benin’s second most developing city. The university aims at offering teachings directly in line with expectation of future employers with a pedagogy designed to stick closely as possible to technological developments. The pre-professional approach of her training allows students to enter into the labor market with experience in various fields of discipline.

OUR MISSION

The university aims at offering teachings directly in line with expectation of future employers with a pedagogy designed to stick closely as possible to technological developments. The pre-professional approach of her training allows students to enter into the labor market with experience in various fields of discipline. Over the years, the university has proven to be a meeting ground for students of different nationalities across west Africa and the world over. We continue to open our arms to foreign students to join in a wonderful university experience.

History of Parakou

Parakou  is the largest city in northern  Benin , with an estimated population of around 206,667 people, and capital of the  Borgou Department .
